Assistant Manager- Sales & Clinical Application – Neuro Mobility Rehab Business

Location - New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai/ Bangalore

Job Description & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and clinically sound professional who can bridge the gap between sales and clinical application support for advanced medical devices. The role involves driving sales, conducting product demonstrations, training healthcare professionals, and supporting clinical adoption of our products across hospitals and clinics. Candidates having experience of selling capital medical devices are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue from corporate, government and private healthcare institutions.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Prepares and negotiates projects and proposals in cooperation with other involved professionals and management.
  • Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and clinical application support for doctors, physiotherapists, and healthcare staff.
  • Train clinicians, nursing staff, and technicians on product usage, protocols, and troubleshooting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (doctors, purchase teams, hospital administration).
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities including clinical discussions and product positioning that is focussed on customer needs.
  • Assist in GEM listings, tenders, and product comparisons.
  • Manage multiple demo sites and collect clinical feedback and usage data.
  • Analyses and evaluates markets (both technology and product portfolio) and needs of potential or existing customers.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams for business growth.
  • Prepares customer contacts, builds and maintains a customer focussed network.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.

Roles & Functional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of clinical principles and medical device applications.
  • Ability to explain technical and clinical benefits effectively to healthcare professionals.
  • Hands-on experience in device demonstrations and patient handling (preferred).
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Experience Required:

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in medical devices / healthcare sales or application support.
  • Experience in direct sales, channel sales, or clinical application roles preferred.
  • Candidates having prior experience of selling capital medical devices are preferred.
  • Prior exposure to rehabilitation, critical care, or physiotherapy equipment will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel (including outstation visits).

Educational Qualifications:

  • BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) – Preferred
  • B.E / B. Tech (Biomedical or related field)
  • B Pharma / B. Sciences or any relevant healthcare regular degree / engineering background

Remuneration:

  • Deserving Candidates with relevant experience and proven performance track record salary will not be a constrain.
