To develop Marketing Campaigns & strategies to increase brand promotion and recall at internal and external stakeholders.
As a product executive/manager he has to monitors activities such as brand value proposition offered, brand activation, advertising concepts, pricing, packaging, and promotion.
Time to time fieldwork to understand the market, evaluate an implementation of strategies and monitor key competitor activities.
Deal with multiple departments across organization to ensure smooth delivery of inputs and overcome this by planning in advance and effective communication.
Prepares all annual plans and budget planning activities for all brands within the category.
Develops market entry strategy for previously untapped geographies based on market intelligence and validate the same with Marketing Head.
Ensures tracking & maintenance of optimal levels of budgets, costs & pricing with respect to the brand.
Ensuring that the top-line & bottom-line objectives of the brand group are strictly met.
Education
B-Pharma or BSC Science with MBA
Experience
2-3 Year Experience as product executive/manager in any pharmaceutical company
