Job description
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Must have good relationship with doctors
  • Build business relationships with assigned Doctors and bring in new doctors in company business list
  • Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization
  • Must Deep knowledge of customer behaviour and products
  • Communicate and collaborate with subordinates on goals
  • Achieve inventory planning and control in such a manner that the stock is sufficient for immediate order fulfilment.
  • Monitoring the stock status at every H.Q to minimize expiry/breakage & timely payment collection.
  • Primary/ Secondary Analysis, Analysing stock positionwith each stockiest
  • Campaign Implementation, Monitoring and Controlling Sales & Marketing Activities
  • Customer Coverage and feedback
  • Training and development of Sales Reps
  • Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level
  • Sale analysis: Value wise and Product Wise
  • Maintaining relationship with distributors, appointment of distributors and settlement of claims
  • Organizing conferences and seminars for doctors and healthcare professions
  • Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Post-graduate with 10-12 years of Experience in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Second Line Manager
  • Proven work experience in UP & Uttarakhand.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Experience managing a high-performance sales team
  • Strong communication and team management skills, knowledge of MS Office
  • Prior experience of Nephrology/Transplantation segment would be added advantage
