Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
-
Strategize for the achievement of Zonal sales target through the team by break down of annual targets
-
Target Achievement by Regional Manager, Area Manager and their respective team.

Achieve inventory planning and control in such a manner that the stock is sufficient for immediate order fulfilment.

Monitoring the stock status at every H.Q to minimize expiry/breakage & timely payment collection.

To accomplish zonal sales objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned Regions

To assign team for ensuring smooth working in the field, building relations with the doctors, implementing strategies and building brands.

To build & manage KOL's from his Zone

To achieve zonal sales operational objectives by contributing zonal sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans

Driving team members to achieve their respective targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization

To achievezonal financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual Operational Plan; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions

Adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines & corporate programs by self and team

Coordinate with marketing team for the organization of seminars, meets and conferences on zonal level
Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Post-graduatewith 12-15 years of Experience in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Third Line Manager

Proven work experience in Maharashtra, Gujrat.

Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills

An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics

Experience managing a high-performance sales team

Strong communication and team management skills, knowledge of MS office
-
Prior experience of Nephrology/Transplantation segment would be added advantage
